Usage Instructions

Note: There is also a pop-up client that you can use to print directly from your personal computer, although it takes some setup. Instructions for installing the popup client on your computer are located here. This is supported entirely by IS&T, so if you have questions please contact them at servicedesk@mit.edu or by calling 617-253-1101.

Printer Problems/Out of Paper Errors

Please do not attempt to service the printers yourself. If you have problems with the printers or the printer is out of paper, please contact techcash@mit.edu. If the printer is in a library, you can also ask the reception desk for assistance.
